About FCF Creations
FCF Creations sprang to life in 2007 as a way to share my colorful fiber art, and inspire other people to embrace and share their own creative talents.
I adore dazzling the senses by mixing vibrant colors with deliciously touchable fibers.
Cool, luxurious silk and rayon, and fuzzy, soft felted wool are the prime ingredients featured in my current collections: 2nd Ewes Felted Art Ware and FCF Hand Dyed silk scarves.
The 2nd Ewes story
As a fiber artist, one of my biggest pleasures is rescuing tired woolens from friends and thrift stores and transforming them into one-of-a- kind felted creations mixing in other fibers, fabric, and embellishments from my studio.
I began shrinking sweaters on purpose after reading Leigh Radford's book, Alterknits. This gem of a book is packed with inspiration, fantastic photos and clear instructions on the process. Now I create unique purses, sculptures, and other fanciful fiber art that sprouts from my imagination. What fun!
